The inverter solutions provider has announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 7,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $18.00 per share.
SolarEdge Technologies, Inc. (“SolarEdge”), has announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 7,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $18.00 per share. All shares are being sold by SolarEdge. As part of the offering, the underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,050,000 additional shares.
